1. Terms and conditions for providing services and selling goods

Range of goods: The whole range of goods is available on the website, with up-to-date prices and descriptions. We guarantee that the products match the specified characteristics.
Order placement: The order is placed through the shopping cart on the website or by a phone call. After placing the order, you will be sent a confirmation by e-mail or by the phone number you provided.
Canceling an order: You have the right to cancel your order before it is shipped at no additional cost.

2. Terms of delivery

Free shipping: Delivery is free throughout Ukraine via “Nova Posta” delivery service or by courier in Kiev.

Delivery timeline: Time of goods delivery within Ukraine is 1-3 working days after order confirmation. The exact timeline may depend on the recipient’s place of residence.

Courier delivery: In the city of Kiev we offer courier delivery directly to the door. The goods will be delivered within 1-2 working days after order confirmation. 
Courier delivery schedule (Kiev):You can select the following delivery intervals
Monday-Sunday
9:00 – 15:00
14:00 – 18:00
18:00 – 22:00

Procedure for receiving goods: Upon the goods arrival at the “Nova Posta” office or upon delivery from the courier, please check the appearance of the packaging and the product itself. In case of damage, please contact the delivery service representatives or our support service.

3. Payment Methods

We offer several options for product payment:
Payment on the website: You can pay online with a bank card on our website.
Payment on receiving (cash on delivery): You can pay for the goods upon arrival at the “Nova Posta” office. Please note that “Nova Posta” charges a commission for the transfer of funds – 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount.
Cash to courier: Available for orders in Kiev. Payment is made in cash upon delivery by courier.

4.Warranties and return of goods

We guarantee the quality of goods sold on our website.
If the product does not match the description or has a manufacturing defect, you can return or exchange it within 14 days after receiving it. Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
